Bonjour, I'm Lara
Half French, half Argentinian — raised between the cobblestone streets of Strasbourg and the warmth of Buenos Aires, I grew up understanding that beauty is never just surface deep. It's a ritual, a pause, a small act of care you give yourself.
Nails were always my thing. Long before it was a career, it was the way I unwound, expressed myself, and felt put together even on the hardest days — and as a solo maman to my little boy, there are plenty of those.
Five years ago, Bali pulled me in and never let go. This island has a way of teaching you to slow down, to be present, to find beauty in the everyday. Salt & Polish is everything I've been building toward: a space where you come to be looked after — your nails, your shoulders, your mind — with a matcha in hand and nowhere to be.
